Designing A Remodeling Project
2d&3d Designs
Before starting the official construction we work with clients to build an extra replica of the remodeling project. We use 2D & 3D rendering software to show clients the interior design look of the project. You can expect us to bring your design to life. Check out the renderings and project photos with have done for our clients.
Full Remodeling Project Management
STEP 1
Free Consultation
All projects start from a free consultation. We meet with clients in person to evaluate the full specifications of the project.
STEP 2
Proposal & Drafting Plans
We submit a detailed proposal to clients to approve the design, set a reasonable budget, and deadline.
STEP 3
Permit Approval
We file all necessary permits to the city and ensure they meet all requirements to begin building.
STEP 4
Demolition &
Build
Next, we officially begin remodeling a home from the demolition phase to the finishing touches.
STEP 5
Inspection Approval
We throughly clean-up the debris of the project. After passing final inspection a project is officially finished.
